Arrangement can be made with Management to leave with the expensive bottle or it can be kept for the customer’s next visit at no extra cost.

Q?How much does it cost to book the whole VIP Area?
A.

Booking of the whole VIP area is subject to availability and cost is available on request for quotation from a Manager.

Q?Do you have wheelchair facilities at Blueroom Hatfield?
A.

Due to size of our venue we have areas which are wheelchair user friendly but in most instances we able to assist our disabled patrons to make them comfortable and enjoy.

Q? Can l charge my laptop/tablet/phone in your establishment?
A.

Yes, we have a charging station at R20 per hour.

We have flexible always on Wi-Fi access for our patrons.

Unfortunately we are not allowed by laws of the Republic of South Africa to handle any foreign currency exchange but we can refer our patrons to a registered financial institution to assist them.

Yes, we have a good relationship and contacts of reputable cab operators available to assist our patrons.

Yes if a booking is made 5 days prior to the day of celebrations or function.  This enables us to do proper planning and preparation for a successful function.

We do have a cocktail menu currently with Cosmopolitan, Strawberry Daiquiri, Manhattan, Long Island Ice Tea, Gin Martin, The Shenanigan, Margarita, Mojito, Kir Royal, The Blue Room Ruff Rider and a signature cocktail called Wet Pussy

We do accommodate group reservations which are subject to a prior booking and a deposit paid to secure a table.  Deposit amount is subject to the size of booking and this amount paid will be deducted from the Group’s Bill at the end of the night.  Group bookings are conveniently accommodated from Sunday till Thursday.
